The CD+ (or CD Plus) is a hard to find import adapter that, like the Pro CDX, allows you to play imported games on your PAL Mega CD. It offers a similar functionality to the CDX except that for some reason it cannot work with Android Assault and Heavy Nova. More infomation will be coming soon.
